In October 2020, I was onboarded as an Associate UX/UI Designer for NESN's Digital Team. I collaborated (mostly) remotely with the Senior Designer, Product Manager, web developers, and other stakeholders to develop new ideas for NESN's website, connected app, and mobile app. My responsibilities included:
1. Leveraging feedback and insights, I iteratively created low and high-fidelity wireframes/mockups.
My designs were either visual and/or usability improvements of existing pages and features, or visions for new ones. Some of my designs have already been implemented (you
may have seen them!) or will be implemented in the future. One particularly successful design helped increase engagement by up to 200%.
2. I conducted research to gather and evaluate user needs. This allowed for the Digital Team to
approach problems strategically.
3. I responded to submitted UI/UX requests from stakeholders and contribute to other smaller-scale projects as assigned.
Some tasks helped to streamline internal processes, others supported the work of other teams.
